Photography Tips

NOTE: Please do not have any cars parked in front of the home or driveway. This is where we will start shooting. 

Lights

Be sure that all of your light bulbs and lamps are in working order and turn them all on. If you normally unplug your lamps, please plug them in before they arrive (including china hutches, lamps, and above stove). 

Bathrooms

Put all toilet seats down. Remove as many items off the counters as possible. Remove shampoo bottles and clutter around your shower and tub. Remove bathroom weighing scales and towels unless they are decorative. 

Pools

If you have water features on your pool, have them running. 

Pets

Please contain any pets in utility room. Let us know if you would like for us to let your pets out when we are finished. Please place bowls in utility room or closet.
