ALL BATHROOMS

Remove makeup, hair/bath/hygiene products from bathrooms, rugs, trash cans, plungers, toilet bowl cleaners

Provide matching hand towels/bath towels for towel holders

ALL ROOMS TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED

Remove trash cans, pet items, accessories smaller than a cantaloupe size, personal photographs,  excessive live plants, medications, any personalized items with your name on it, religious artwork, weapons, taxidermy items

NOTE: The laundry room (unless it's a large one), all closets, pantry and garage will not be photographed so these are good places to hide things for the pictures.  Once the pictures are taken you can put the items back in place that you need daily but it's best to remove them for showings.
